Live animals are sold in store only — we do not ship fish, coral, or invertebrates. Every animal is acclimated and health-checked in-house before it reaches the sales floor. This is a species we carry — it's most likely in the tanks around delivery days, but live stock changes daily. Please call (814) 456-9445 to confirm availability before you drive in.

Good tank mates
This listing's exact species is not specified, so compatibility depends on what fish it actually is; ask Sea Cave staff which species this is before pairing it with anything. As a general rule, match new fish to tankmates of similar size and temperament and avoid mixing known aggressors with timid fish. Confirm the species and its temperament with staff so you can build a safe community.
Good to know
Albino aquarium fish lack normal dark pigment, which gives them their pale, warm tangerine coloring and the characteristic pink or red eyes.
Stock and individual temperament vary — call (814) 456-9445 for pairing advice before you buy.

Yellow Watchman Goby
A sand-sifting substrate dweller that occupies an entirely different vertical zone from a mid-to-upper water column clownfish. Multiple reef sources confirm compatibility with Ocellaris clownfish, and the goby's territorial behavior is directed only at conspecifics competing for the same burrow — not at clownfish. Reef-safe with no predation concern given the size match.

Firefish Goby
A genuinely timid, mid-water hovering fish that poses zero aggression toward clownfish. Clownfish tank mate guides from FishLab and OurAquariumLife specifically cite Firefish as one of the safest pairings for Ocellaris/Percula variants. The Firefish's only behavioral concern is conspecific aggression in tanks under 75 gallons — not conflict with clownfish.

Pajama Cardinalfish
One of the most broadly endorsed clownfish companions across multiple reputable reef sources. Fully reef-safe, slow and non-competitive, hovers in open water or near rockwork without contesting the clownfish's territory. FishLore and Saltwater Aquarium Blog both confirm peaceful coexistence with Ocellaris clownfish in community reef setups.
- T
Tailspot Blenny
A small rockwork percher that grazes algae and largely ignores fish of other species. Fish-to-fish aggression from this species is directed at conspecifics or fish that mirror its shape (other blennies); documented clownfish interactions are peaceful. Published care guides explicitly list it as reef-safe and community-compatible. Adequate feeding prevents any minor coral-nipping tendency — which is a coral concern, not a clownfish compatibility issue.
