When you use our contact form, we collect the details you choose to give us — typically your name, email or phone number, and your message — so we can reply.

We do not take payments on this website. Purchases happen in the store, so we never collect or store card or bank information online.

We also use Google Analytics to see how the site is being used. It records which pages are viewed, roughly how long people stay, the type of device and browser, the site that sent you here, and an approximate location from your IP address. We look at it in aggregate — it does not tell us who you are.

Google Analytics sets one cookie so it can tell a repeat visit from a new one. That is the only cookie this site sets on its own.

You won't see a cookie banner, and that is deliberate. A banner interrupts you to ask about something that has usually already happened, and most of them change nothing once you click through. So instead the site reads the privacy signal your browser already sends, either Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. If yours sends one, analytics never loads. No cookie is set. No visit is recorded. Brave and the DuckDuckGo browser send that signal on their own, and Firefox sends it once you turn on “tell websites not to sell my data”.

If your browser doesn't send one, you can block or delete cookies in its settings, or install Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on from tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site works the same either way.

Some browsers send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. We honour both. When the site sees one, analytics is not loaded for that visit at all.

We use your information only to respond to your questions, hold or confirm items for in-store pickup, and improve the site. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site: our content system (Keystatic), our website host (Vercel), and Google (for our Business Profile and product listings). They process data only to provide those services.
