The Flash Pleco (L204) is a small, dark-bodied plecostomus marked with fine glowing yellow-cream stripes that run the length of its body. It is a shy, cave-dwelling species that spends the day tucked under wood and forages after dark. A hardy, manageable pleco for planted and community tanks.

A peaceful bottom-dweller that coexists well with most community fish and other calm plecos, given enough hiding spots to claim its own cave.

As a wood-eating pleco, it uses its rasping mouth to graze driftwood, which forms a genuine part of its natural diet.
